Join us on Saturday, March 15, 2025, for a day of fly tying and/or clay shooting with lunch thrown in! We are spending the day at Orvis Sandanona, in Millbrook, NY. Some of us will be sitting together learning and practicing fly tying, while others will be shooting Sporting Clays. All of us will gather for lunch at mid-day. Lessons will be available for both fly tying and shooting! It is all about possibilities! 

Fly Tying is free since Orvis is lending us the space. We have materials, vises and tools to share, although you are welcome to bring your own. We will tie several different flies so that tiers of different abilities can have fun.

Sporting Clays - We will reserve your spot for Sporting Clays with Orvis and make all the arrangements. You will pay Orvis directly after your round of clays is completed. A round of clays for Orvis members is about $155.00 including ammo, trapper, tip and cart rental. Non-Orvis members pay about $40 more, so approximately $195.00. Gun rentals are usually $50.00, but Orvis will waive that for our group.

Cost: $25.00. This covers your lunch. We will meet at 9:30 for coffee at Sandanona.
